General Rate information

GENERAL LABOR:
$65.00 an hour.
-Minimum charge of
$35.00

IN-HOME SERVICE:
$10.00 + 1 hour labor ($65.00 per hour)
-Minimum charge of
$45.00
-Any time over 1 hour charged at
$45.00 per hour in 15 minute increments

DIAGNOSIS OF PROBLEM:
$25.00 - $50.00
-Simple diagnosis of problem and
recommendation for fix.
-This fee is waived if you decide to have us fix
the problem.
-
VIRUS
AND SPYWARE REMOVAL:
$79.00
-Removal and repair of spyware and/or
viruses on your system and immunization against future attacks.
-This price does not include
antivirus and antispyware software programs if needed.
- NETWORK INSTALLATION:
$190.00
-Simple installation of a
wired or wireless network
for internet sharing with two
computers
(including security setup and file/printer sharing)
up to two hours.
-Cost of router, network cards, and other
materials are not included.
-Additional computers are
$25 each.
-Any labor time longer than two hours
will be charged at $45.00/hour.

Business Service Contract Pricing:
Because no two businesses are the same, we structure our business
contract individually tailored to your business. Here is an sample
business contract:
5 workstations, one file server and one backup server: $599
Prepaid Service
Prepaid service gives you tremendous savings over our
service fees. The prepaid service fee is $50/hour and must be purchased
in block of 10 hours |

do not stock parts, as this is one way to keep our pricing down.
When prices go down you save, when they go up you can still save!
Typical shipping is between 3 to 5 days,
Next day if needed (will of course cost more).
There
isn't much we cant fix, but we will admit that not all systems can be repaired.
If we determine your system cannot be repaired - there's no charge.
We do not believe in paying for a dead computer.
